Philipp Schulze Topphoff to join Beerbaum Stables in Mid-April

We are delighted to welcome Philipp Schulze Topphoff, a true native of the Münsterland region, to our team at Beerbaum Stables. Philipp was born into a dedicated horse family, grew up on his parents’ farm in Havixbeck near Münster, and made a name for himself early on in his youth with remarkable achievements. Now 27 years old, he already brings impressive international experience despite his young age, while further strengthening our close ties to the Münsterland region.

As the Individual European Champion of Young Riders in 2019, he demonstrated his great talent at an early stage. In 2023 and 2024, he was part of Team Riesenbeck International in the Global Champions League, where he celebrated major successes, including stage victories in Cannes and Mexico as well as winning the overall championship in 2023.

He is no stranger to Riesenbeck either, having won the Grand Prix of Riesenbeck twice within just two months in 2023.

“We already had the opportunity to work with Philipp as a team rider for Team Riesenbeck International and during that time came to know him not only as a successful athlete but above all as a strong team player. He is extremely determined, works toward his goals with great professionalism, and always remains down-to-earth. It is these qualities that make him such an asset to our team, both as an athlete and as a person,” says Ludger, emphasizing how much he is looking forward to their future development together and the challenges ahead.
