Our Youngsters impress in Lienen
A successful weekend in Lienen lies behind us, with great performances from our young horses. In particular, the offspring of our stallions were able to stand out in their classes. The 5-year-old Chubakko son Claas H, ridden by his breeder Philipp Hartmann, won the 110cm class for young horses and placed third in the 95cm class before. The 4-year-old Faolo by Forlee, bred by Franz-Georg Ottmann, also placed over 95cm with a harmonious round under Philipp. Filippo and Cho Chang (5-year-old / by Chubakko) placed 5th and 4th over 105cm and 115cm. Chase, a Comme le père offspring, also brought home a ribbon from the 115cm class in Lienen. The 7-year-old Zodiak by Zinedine, bred by Madeleine Winter-Schulze, delivered a clear and fast round over 125cm and finished fifth with Philipp.
In the class for young horses over 105cm, Philipp won with Crombacher and placed fifth with Ascaro O. In the following class over 115, Ascaro O took second place, while Impress de Jolie, under Ciaran, finished eighth. The next day continued successfully for the Beerbaum Stables youngsters – After Eight, under Philipp, won over 115cm with a score of 8.6, and Conrad also placed in this class as well as in the subsequent class over 125cm, where After Eight and Unique also picked up ribbons.
On Friday, Ogana Sitte SR and Ciaran delivered a fast and faultless round in their class over 135cm, earning second place. Little Special in Red also jumped clear and finished seventh in the same class.
The weekend in Lienen was all about our youngsters, who were all able to showcase themselves brilliantly. Next up for Team Beerbaum is the Longines Global Champions Tour in Madrid next weekend, where Christian will be competing with Team Riesenbeck International powered by Horse Gym. At the same time, Philipp W. will travel to CSI5* Windsor.
